Plots for motorhomes are available at all campsites, many with electricity and water/sewage connections. If you are traveling with a particularly long vehicle, you can adjust the search criteria accordingly.

Do I need a vignette to drive to the Bernese Oberland?

Yes. Since 1985, a tax must be paid for the use of Swiss freeways and freeways (national roads 1st and 2nd class). It is levied in the form of the freeway vignette, the retail price of which is CHF 40.
